ELECTROMAGNETIC Tray Feeders
Align Steel offer a range of New Zealand made electromagnetic tray feeder bases which can have an option of a tray, a tube or a track fitted. Electromagnetic feeders allow for a high number of stop /starts and a wide range of feed rate variation.
Our standard range can also be extended to suit those longer trays. Four sizes of tray feeders are available for general product feeding operation Electromagnetic feeders have the advantage of having precise and a large range of adjustment. They can also be stop started at frequent intervals A wide range of tray sizes or configurations can be fitted. Bulk storage feeders are also available to feed on demand quantities of parts to our range of bowl feeders.

ELECTROMECHANICAL Tray Feeders
Vibratory feeders are renowned for being extremely low maintenance and easy to clean as well as providing a more consistent feed rate. Align Steel vibratory feeders are individually designed and balanced to provide consistent feeding of a wide range of different products. These are mounted on Aeon springs and fitted with ITAL vibras motors which provide an extremely low maintenance form of product transfer.
